Thank you for shopping with Happy Bat Solutions. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Installation and on-site service orders are fulfilled in person and are not subject to this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Many of our bat houses and wildlife habitat products are handcrafted and may be built to order, which may require additional processing time before shipment.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or when products are built to order, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods
We ship products throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Sonoma County area. Please contact us at happybatsolutions@gmail.com to arrange.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Happy Bat Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather conditions or natural disasters
Carrier delays or supply chain disruptions
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Any other circumstances beyond our control
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Happy Bat Solutions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped due to incorrect address information.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at happybatsolutions@gmail.com.
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
A description of the damage
We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Shipments
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at happybatsolutions@gmail.com. We may initiate a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.
Shipping Restrictions
Happy Bat Solutions primarily ships within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Additional shipping rates, customs fees, duties, taxes, and extended delivery times may apply for international orders. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes imposed by their country.
