At Happy Bat Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

  • Be in resalable condition

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged by misuse, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

If we determine the damage occurred during shipping or that an incorrect item was sent, we may provide a replacement, refund, or cover return shipping costs at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Special-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products that have been installed or used

  • Products not returned in resalable condition

If you have questions regarding a specific item, please contact us before placing your order. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item following the return process and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
